Enrique Gil Urbina Fajardo
Enrique Gil Urbina Fajardo, born in Mexico City, graduated from the School of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He has wide experience in professional practice. In family law matters, he specializes in intestate succession proceedings, contested and uncontested divorce proceedings, termination of parental rights, alimony and child support, child guardianship or custody.
In the business field, he has filed both ordinary and summary commercial proceedings. Furthermore, in the civil field, he has filed civil ordinary proceedings for debt liquidation, legal agreements as well as disputes concerning leases, both by the lessor and the lessee. He has submitted several requests to unions in order to achieve disaffiliation from working places, particularly in hotel business.

Enrique Ignacio Urbina Bado
Enrique Ignacio Urbina Bado, born in Mexico City, founded Urbina & Urbina Abogados in 2003, with a view to recruiting lawyers from different cities to provide first-class, customized and differentiated services to both local and international clients.
He started his professional career in San Francisco, Texas, where he worked as an independent external counsel in several automotive industry’s top companies.
Furthermore, he served twice as General Legal and Advisory Coordinator for the Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risk (COFEPRIS) from 2009 to 2011. In 2019 he collaborated in several important projects such as the issuance of the Official Mexican Standard NOM001-SSA1-2010, which establishes the review and update procedure of the Pharmacopoeia of the United Mexican States, the Biotechnology Medicinal Product Regulations, Local Plant Requirement Abolishment Guidelines, and the enforcement of the First Equivalency Agreement for Medical Devices with the FDA and Health Canada. All these practices have given him a wide range of experience in health regulation in public and private sectors.
From 2015 to 2017 he held a position as an Executive Director of Legal Affairs of Miguel Hidalgo’s City Hall, where he collaborated in the enactment of the new Commercial Establishment Act, the enforcement of Irregular Building Structure Demolitions and the classification of irregular building structures and establishments, containment measures and strategic litigation.
At present, in addition to heading Urbina & Urbina Abogados, he is a Legal Advisor to the Argentine-Mexican Chamber of Commerce, gives lectures on investment and soft landing in Argentina on an annual basis, and in several embassies both in Mexico and worldwide.

Gabriela Arrabito, born in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, has resided in Mexico since 2005.
